Mayor of Southfield
26000 evergreen Rd, Southfield MI 48076

dear mrs.mayor,

Hello mayor of Southfield. I have a complaint and sending it to you will probably change how things are around here. This fall one of the houses on my street caught on fire and burned down. But the insurance company or whatever, built a new house. Then another house a couple houses down caught fire and burned down also. But instead of rebuilding it, they boarded it up and let it sit.

The cause of this action was the fact that the fire started and the house burned down. When the family moved out of the house, it wasn't fixed and it still sits there at this moment.  they had a chance al through winter to rebuild the house. but I guess that would be a bad idea because snow would concave into the house. but the house still sits to this moment, even though it is spring, when you can rebuild the house.

If you drive down between 12 and 13 mile road, and drive into pinewood manor, turn right onto Ventura street. Once you are there, there will be a reddish brown house with a tan garage and a white door, well, not so much a door, more of a white wooden board. (This is evidence that I am not lying about any of this).

A solution to this problem would be to have housing company's fix boarded up houses because soon a homeless person would need somewhere to live, so they live in a vacant house. And eventually they are going to get cold, so they light matches or something to start a fire. And if they don't use the right materials, it could start a fire and burn the house down, again.

in conclusion, abandon houses are not safe and they are taking up the worlds space. I am telling you this because you make the rules around here, and I'm thinking you can take down such destroyed buildings. Thank you for your time, mr/mrs.mayor.

sincerely,
